REGULATIONS

1.	These regulations are established for use of the databases which are administrated and provided by the Atomic and Molecular Data Research Center (AMDRC, hereafter) in the National Institute for Fusion Science (NIFS, hereafter).
2.	The use of the databases is restricted to scientific research on plasma physics and fusion sciences conducted by the staff of NIFS or their collaborators.
3.	Researchers who want to use the databases must register to get an account. The staff of NIFS or their collaborators can get an account. Account holders must not give their accounts to others.
4.	The ORNL bibliographic databases is compiled and copyrighted by ORNL.
5.	Numerical atomic and molecular databases (AMDIS, CHART, BACKS and SPUTY) are made and copyrighted by NIFS. When account holders use data from these databases in their papers, they are required to acknowledge and refer to our databases.
6.	Account holders are prohibited to make and/or distribute copies of results of searching the databases by any method and into any media. Copying is allowed only for personal use and copies can only be kept for four weeks.
7.	Account holders must report about their use of the databases when they finish using the databases, when their accounts expire, or when the director of AMDRC requests them to report.
